Team captain and one of South Africa’s most accomplished professional cyclists, Reinardt Janse van Rensburg has competed at the highest level of the sport, including the UCI WorldTour with Team Dimension Data and LottoNL–Jumbo.

Across a career spanning more than a decade in the professional peloton, Reinardt has built an impressive record with over 25 professional victories and numerous podium finishes in international stage races and one-day classics. Known for his tactical intelligence, resilience and sprinting strength, he has consistently delivered results against world-class competition.

His experience across European and international racing calendars has made him a respected figure in the peloton and a natural leader within the team environment. Most recently, Reinardt added further victories to his career with standout performances at the Tour du Bénin and the Grand Prix de Cotonou, continuing to demonstrate the form and determination that have defined his career.

As captain of the TPCT Men’s Road Team, Reinardt brings invaluable experience, leadership and race strategy, guiding the next generation of South African riders while continuing to compete at the front of the race.
